M&H Fire Leather was born from a passion for the fire service, quality craftsmanship, and the belief that the gear you carry every day should be built to work as hard as you do.

As a firefighter-owned and operated business, we have firsthand experience with the demands of the job. We know what works, what doesn't, and what firefighters expect from their gear. That experience goes into every piece we make.

Our leather gear is handcrafted and made to order, giving you the ability to make it your own. From leather color and stitching to hardware, rivets, sizing, laser engraving, and hand-stamped personalization, each piece is built specifically for the firefighter who will carry it.

Whether it's a custom radio strap, bunker belt, suspenders, accountability gear, or another piece of leatherwork, our focus is the same: durability, functionality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
